Remove a manual pull request link from an issue
DELETE/api/issues/{issue_id}/pull-requests/{pr_id}
deleteIssuePullRequestLink
Removes a `manual` link. A `derived` link (from the PR's description or source branch name) is a 409 — it would come back on the PR's next edit; edit the PR instead. Same permissions as the create.
Requires authentication using a bearer token or a session cookie — see tokens and scopes.
