POST/api/sessions/clear-site-cache

clearSiteCache

No authentication, no body. Answers `204` with `Clear-Site-Data: "cache"`. The SPA fires it without awaiting on `/login`, on a session found dead and after logout, so the clear never rides a response anything waits on (Chrome holds the response while it clears).

Authentication is not described for this operation in the spec — that does not mean it is public. Check tokens and scopes.
